Answer #1
for (int x=0; x<5; x++) {
    cout <<"Value of x is " << x << endl;
    return 0;
}

This code has a logic error.

The loop only runs once. At the end of the first iteration of the loop the program ends by calling return 0.

FIX:
=========
for (int x=0; x<5; x++) {
    cout <<"Value of x is " << x << endl;
}
return 0;
