Human resource has advanced its activities to find out the employees' attitude and the reaction of the managers towards it. It became an important art to motivate and inspire the employees so to increase their performances. Due to this reason, HR finds various possible factors to motivate the employees at the workplace. Employees can be motivated in a dynamic workplace and can remain like this when their needs can be fulfilled. When an organization has some positive culture in the workplace, employees can be motivated as they can improve their relationship with other employees and build trust. Besides, rewards can be a great way to motivate people to improve their performance and to function effectively.
Organizations can obtain good performance from employees when they are really satisfied with the inside. Employees, when they are self-motivated intrinsically, can perform their fullest for the development of an organization. Besides, when employees see that the company is doing so much for their benefit, they would automatically improve their performance and work very hard.
