a. the above data is quantitative data presented in percentage

b. A Pie Chart would be a good way to represent the data as given are in percentages.

d) This may be a survey regarding satisfaction levels for a product or service . We see that over 99% is valid data which means the input and the data entry to excel has been good.

For valid data we can see that almost 94% percent are either satisfied or very satisfied or somewhat satisfied. So high levels of satisfaction with only 5-6% dissatisfaction.

e )Two reasons may be for missing data.

1. data itself was not provided or erraneous so not inputted.

2. Data provided by data entry error.
