1. EPA is a regulatory agency in United States to protect the environment from hazardous.

• There are many rules and regulations introduced to environment and all are controlled by EPA .

2. President Richard Nixon established EPA on July 9, 1970 and starts the operation on December 2 1970, after he signed the executive order.

3. EPA was enacted with the main objective to provide the protection and improvement of environment and for matters connected there with.

• Besides, it is the duty of EPA to control sever air pollution, make free flow of rivers and built up a clean environment, which is free from all pollution.

4. EPA empowers to lay down procedures and safeguards for prevention which cause pollution and to take remedial measures.

• Environmental Protection Agency has the power to issue regulation.
• A regulation is a standard or rule written by the agency to interpret the statute, apply in a situation and enforce it.
• The regulations are mainly created to make the environment a better world and to reduce the pollution , which are hazardous for environment.

5. Some of the salient regulation of EPA are Animal Feeding Operations, Bio-solids, Drinking water, Ground water, Hydraulic Fracturing, waste water, wetlands.

It is inevitable a legitimate and regulatory framework for environmental protection.

I suggest

1. Reduce the use of private vehicles to reduce air pollution.:- Make a effective law to encourage public transportation.

2. Avoid plastic and other things which are hazardous to the environment.

3. Violation of rules should be Prohibited:-Some rules created by the government, to protect the environment are hazardous for the corporates, so they violate the law.

Since necessary action has to take against them.

4. Conduct awarness classes to protect the nature.

5. Execution of rules should be done in effective manner.

6. Rule should be acceptable to the society.

7. Without the interest of media and political leaders, we can't execute the rule effectively.

8. Many environment issues are created by local people. so EPA committee should be constituted in each locality, including local people.

Some of the act of the EPA, which adversely affect the people, such rules should be amended after detailed study.
