The entire process of implementation of an HR revolves around the fact that the human resource is the most important resource of a company and it makes use of the capabilities of all the other resources. We can say that an HR department starts from the recruitment process where the select the candidates based on the need of the position as well as the promise shown by the candidates, selecting the right person for the right job as well as train them in order to provide them with better prospects. They create the job schedules as well as job placement making it possible for the right people to be present at the right place at the right time with the right skillset, making it easy for a company to make the best possible use of structure and function possible.

The HR department makes the use of technology as well as the strategic plan that the upper management, as well as the board, has presented them with, in conjunction with their own working practices in order to bring the best possible use to mind. It also enables them in order to make the best of their abilities, therefore, they cannot do all the things on their own and needs help from other processes in the company.
