Answer #1

Corporations can express their willingness to respond to the needs of the society by including its corporate social responsibilities at the core of its mission and vision for the company. When a company includes social responsibilities as a part of its gaols, it automatically creates a work environment where the employees are made are that their responsibilities lie not only with the company but also with the society which can be in the form pf giving better services and products, reducing carbon wastage impacting the environment, charging fair prices for the products, etc.

The government can make regulations for a company to follow some rules and regulations but a company with a social conscience doesn't need government as a participant. It can perform its social responsibilities towards the society and the country on its own with willingness and commitment.
