Accounting Clerk

Dear Mr. Smith,

We value our employees at our organization. This reflects in our educational assistance program for your Accounting degree (3 semesters). We understand that you have availed the tuition fee for the night program for $3,850 per semester for three semesters.

We from the management with deep regrets inform you that we will not be providing further educational assistance for the Accounting degree due to the financial crisis our organization is undergoing. It is pertinent that we cut this cost now to avoid any employee lay-off or salary cuts.

We assure you that this is just a temporary situation. Your continued exceeded performance would enable us to recover from this situation very soon.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Yours Sincerely,

David Wheeler
