The Concentration of people is an important mechanism for regulating social density. Actually, the food-foraging population depends on the uneven distribution of resources and proper concentration of people helps to regulate social density.

The redistribution is not a completely correct option because it is not practically possible to redistribute resources in an effective manner because they are vast and variables.
