the idea of sociological imagination can be defined as to understand relation between self and society in better manner. Sociological imagination is the capacity to change one perspective to another.

Taking decision about career for female athletic has been very limited or difficult to achieve. In the men dominating sports world, gender stereotyping has been seen as a barrier to career advancement for female athletic in sports.

But womens playing sports expect the society to treat them equally as to the mens. Equal recognization and appreciation is what womens deserve. Major barriers that have been faced include work family conflict, responsibility, parenthood and much more. But many people don't realizes that a women athletic can do much more and make country proud than a male dominating society thinks and restrict her to do.
