The chart on page 79 of the textbook shows the main causes of job satisfaction, per a Gallup poll. Create a new chart that shows the characteristics you most align with and the percentage for each. Then explain how, and to what extent, these things have impacted your current and past jobs. Use specific examples.

As listed above, these are the characteristics I have aligned with respect to the main causes of job satisfaction including percentages that state varying degrees for the same.
I would personally like to shed further insight as to how such causes for job satisfaction have created an impact on current/past jobs.
A) ORGANIZATIONAL CAUSES
1) Remuneration (20%)
Sometimes career is just an illusion as somewhere down the line the money in the bank would be more important rather than anything else. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the financial front, did create a certain amount of savings which has enabled to probably set up a small Food Truck/Mobile Street Van Food business sometime in the near future.
2) Promotions (10%)
Coming to promotions, I haven’t been all that lucky on the employment front in this regard. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Promotion front, I did move on from a couple of respective organizations to another wherein I felt I wasn’t really getting my due worth in terms of promotion.
3) Norms (10%)
Norms in this regard would relate to company procedures and policies. Have been lucky enough to have worked in the past across 07 different industries in the Asian continent, the Middle East or commonly known as the Gulf and the African continent. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Norms front, I was quite lucky to be a part of all respective organization I had worked with as a few of them did have different come company procedures and policies as opposed to the others.
B) WORKING ENVIRONMENT CAUSES
1) Management (10%)
This would probably relate to your superiors or the management to whom you report to or are answerable to in short. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Management front, I did have a reasonable if not a good time with regard to reporting to seniors during my previous employment stints. Condemnation or even bad mouthing was never a part of my forte or dictionary.
2) Workforce (5%)
This would relate to a team of workers or the basic work group I was an integral part of during my previous employment. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Workforce front, was fortunate enough to have than wonderful and co-operative colleagues and co-workers besides the odd element or two.
3) Atmosphere (5%)
This is would relate to the basic work atmosphere or environment in short. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Atmosphere front, was further fortunate to be a part of favorable atmospheric or working conditions.
C) WORKPLACE CAUSES
1) Nature (10%)
This would basically relate to the type of nature of work I was carrying out and further primarily involved in functional areas of SCM, Logistics & Procurement. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Nature front, did help a lot in terms of gaining knowledge over the years.
2) Transparency (5%)
This would basically relate to the type of transparency at the workplace. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Transparency front, did serve me good as I was once again fortunate to work extremely transparent and co-operative superiors and colleagues over the years.
3) Ethics (5%)
This would basically relate to the type of ethics at the workplace. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Ethics front, hardly could recollect any incident I encountered with an organization that had bad work ethics or principles for that matter.
4) PERSONAL CAUSES
1) Criteria (10%)
This would basically relate to a certain age criteria at the workplace. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Criteria front, fortunately to date was never considered too old for a job or even to young and inexperienced to be entrusted with a certain degree of responsibility.
2) Duration (5%)
This would basically relate to a certain tenure or time spent at an organization. Sometimes one spends an entire lifetime at a certain organization, sometimes work gets monotonous, employees get redundant, laid off, etc. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Duration front, besides the odd couple of jobs where I spent a few months I did considerable time or hours with other organizations I have worked with in the recent past.
3) Behavior (5%)
This would basically relate to personality on the work front. With regard to an impact on my personal life on the Behavior front, I do come across as someone more reserved or non-interfering by nature, hence always kept communication limited and avoided being over friendly with superiors and co-workers which certainly did help me during my previous stints.
