Motivation in any kind will help me in doing more for the company.

If the incentive is directly for me based on my individual performance, I will be more than happy to receive that but if it is for the group then I will be happier too because I being the part of the group gets recognization.

Also, the overall performance of the organization will also help in motivation as it will impact the overall annual appraisal for the employees
