1-Which part of the big picture process (look up, size up, etc. comes naturally to you? Give an example.
2- Which part of the big picture process is most difficult for you? How can you overcome this challenge?
The main motive of the Big Picture Process is to empower a team to work collectively towards a goal or a vision set by the leader. Here the individual tasks are not the Big Picture, but the vision set to reach is the Big Picture.
1. Being from the Human Resources background and always having to spread a clear vision Among the employees, i strongly beleive that i cover a lot of aspects of Big picture process, However being the initiator and goal setter , i have had the responsibility to look at the big picture in most of the scenarios and set a vision for the team beacuse of which i feel i fall in the "look up" category of the Big Picture Process.
Setting a vision and communicating a clear picture of that vision to the employees including answering to their queries and always making sure the KPI's and KRA's for each and every role have been defined, has been my responsibility.
So i have always been leading a team towards a goal or a vision for past so many years of my professional life
2. The toughest part for me always has been the " Call up", just like an army is weak if it's soldiers are not willing to sacrifice their life for Army's sake similary a team can never achieve its goal if the team membes are not dedicated and strong enough to support the team through every phase.
Getting the team ready, and everytime finding the right person for the right job is a tough task, i single mistake and a single person fitted in a wrong position can bring the whole team down and will never let the team move on the visioned path.
I would like to conclude by saying,
You can lose with good players, but you can never win with bad ones.
