Emotional intelligence is essential for handling interpersonal relationships with empathy and good judgment. An individual who has emotional intelligence can control and manage their own as well as other's emotions. In simpler words, the individual can influence other's emotions.

Answer 2) One can enhance their emotional intelligence by doing the following-

i) Practicing self-awareness- Practising self-awareness is the best way to enhance emotional intelligence. When one is aware of his/her emotions, thoughts and feelings, they can better understand other's emotions, thoughts, and feelings.

ii) Staying motivated- Staying motivated helps others to maintain an optimistic attitude.

iii) Utilizing active listening skills- Emotional intelligence is enhanced when one listens for clarity instead of just listening to respond.

iv) Empathizing with others- Empathisizing with others helps one connect with them on a basic level. It builds mutual trust and respect.

Answer 3) Yes, some individuals possess inherent emotional intelligence as a natural talent. However, emotional intelligence can be learned by those without emotional intelligence. Learning emotional intelligence requires a lot of patience and self-motivation, but it can be strengthened and mastered with persistent efforts.
