In an independent random sample of 123 students who have not voted, the mean of the mean scores is 2.66 and the standard deviation is 0.53. The margin of error for the 98% confidence interval for the difference in scores of students who vote and those who are not; Note: Assume that the scores are normal with unknown averages and σ1 = σ2 unknown.
