A client is having an issue with being able to print from their network printer. After asking a few questions, you know that the solution is to re-install the printer driver. Describe your sequential troubleshooting approach
Answer)
The client is not able to use the printer and the solution has been
identified as to re-install the printer driver. Thus the
troubleshooting process to re-install the printer driver would
be:
a) Go to Control Panel and then Devices and Printers
b) Check the printer which is giving problems and Right-click on
the printer you wish to remove and select Remove device option.
Using this process the printer is deleted from the menu.
c) Click and select another printer, Select 'Print server
properties' from the top row.
d) Click on the Drivers tab, select the printer which we have
removed, and click on the Remove button.
e) Select Remove driver-only option. Select the option Yes for
removing the driver. Close the Print Server menu.
f) Go to the Control Panel and then Programs and Features and
uninstall all the softwares which are related to the printer
removed from Devices and Printers.
g) Reboot computer.
h) Locate the device drivers on the path to exclusively install the
printer driver. For network printers, we can simply right click on
the printer and connect to the printer. Using this approach we can
reinstall the printer driver.
i) Run the printer driver installation media if required to get the
required drivers and software installed on the computer.
The above would be the troubleshooting steps for re-installing the printer driver on the computer.

Point estimates often need to be nested in layers of analysis, and it is the Invariance Principle that provides a pathway for doing so. An example would be estimating Mu after having to estimate Alpha and Beta for some distributions. In simpler statistics class exercises (like those we've seen up until now), this is typically avoided by providing the lower level parameters within exercises or problems (eg, asking you for Mu by giving you the Alpha and Beta). The only...
