Business strategy is a well defined plan to achieve organizational objectives. This is usually designed by top level management of a company. We have different strategies to build up competitive advantage. I believe product differentiation is best strategy among them.
Product differentiation is a attempt to present one product to the market differently than other products, it really useful to attract customers more.
For suppose, when a company provides same type of product (similar to competitors' product) but it decrease price, customers can attract easily.
