• Institutions have to follow these security rules so that the privacy of the data of students is maintained.
• The institution has the responsibility to protect these data whether the data is stored on-premise or on the cloud.
• Each department has some owner to handle the data and which can be approved and can be sent out. Administrators keep on managing the systems where the data is stored.
