Technology has become a part in everyone's life.

Patience of the younger generation has been disappeared with the usage of technology. It can at times ruin the functioning of brain, and even for smaller calculations people these days have been using calculators, not letting their brains to perform certain tasks, Original creativity and thinking capacity of the individual has been disturbing with the usage of technology in the younger generation.

Decreasing family values with technology advancements, and people are staying awake for late nights resulting in diminishing health prospects.

Hence employee working in an organisation must be educated to use less technology. Poor life conditions make the organisation produce lag behind the schedule times at the organisation resulting in losses, and employees safety measures must be taken by the organisation. All these have a greater role in the life span of the individuals, hence organisations must take required measures to help their employees move out of these issues at the premises.
