The following measures if taken will ensure or provide opportunities for improvement in the productivity of warehousing. They are

1. Finding and appointing the exact person as warehouse manager who can clearly and logically understand the responsibilities in warehousing is the first step in efficient functioning of warehouses.

2. An efficient plan and system should be set for increased productivity in warehousing.work should go as planned.

3.Implementation of new and updated technologies in warehouse will control cost as well as laboratories.

4. Continuous analysis of the system should be done and products should be stocked accordingly.

5.Members in the warehouse platform should be continuously encouraged and motivated to give their best.

6. Accolades and rewards should he given to the people.

6. Metrics implemented in the warehouse should be very clearly sent to the employees.
