Self-control to not be late for class.
How can I monitor my target behavior and record it?
If you get late once in a blue moon that is completely acceptable as life is uncertain and anything can happen anytime, but if you are going to the class consistently late, then it needs to change. Since, you are getting late so first thing in which you can improve is –
1. Identify the behavior i.e. identifying the routine activities and monitor that which activity makes you late or takes more time while getting ready for the class.
2. Never give last minute option i.e. always take 10-15 minutes gap between the time of class and leaving from home.
3. Relearn to tell the time i.e. divide your time to your morning activities before the class and follow that time limits.
Following these simple steps, in 2-3 weeks you will be developed a habit of doing everything within the time span and never get late for the class. Also, with these steps you can monitor your activities and have self-control.

Miranda could not share things with Daniel due to his non-serious nature, even the things...

2. I can get to work by either riding my bicycle riding my motorcycle, or driving my car. I'm notoriously bad about maintaining my 3 transportation options. From previous experience, I know there's a 30% likelihood my bicycle will have a flat tire, a 37% likelihood my motorcycle battery will be dead (so it won't start), and a 81% chance that my car will run. I'm running late and I don't have time to fix any of these possible problems...

Self-efficacy is a general concept that measures how well we think we can control different situations. A multimedia program designed to improve dietary behavior among low-income women was evaluated by comparing women who were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups. Participants were asked, "How sure are you that you can eat foods low in fat over the next month?" The response was measured on a five-point scale with 1 corresponding to "not sure at all" and 5 corresponding to...
