The shop that sold her the solar panels claims that customers will use 65% less electricity than before if they use these panels

i.e 65% Electricity bill = 425*0.65 = 276.25 = $276 (rounded)

Jo installs the panels and (if the shop is correct) expects her $425 power bill to change to about = $425 - $276 = $149
