Over the past 20 years, attitudes towards ' women as leaders ' have changed significantly.
First, in terms of ability to manage key positions as much as their male counterparts, they were seen to be equal and no discrimination has been made now that used to occur twenty years ago.
Women are no longer seen as someone who can only fit into a traditional 9-5 position, therefore they can't be the leaders. Rather, females work as hard as men as leaders and are also recognized for their efforts.
While women still give their families priority, they see it as their advantages and not as an obstacle in their career progress as leaders. Today's women are extremely well known to manage the work-life balance and to succeed superbly in both of their roles.
