To convince this company to hire us for this Human Resources Project, it is my responsibility to prove to them that we are the right choice. I cannot assume that they know about our expertise in this area so I will provide them with information about previous work that we have done in this are including references and information on our record for being organized and completing projects on time. The basis for our track record is our involvement with Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM starts with our leadership. Strong ethics and integrity are at the forefront of our dealings with our employees and customers as well as our vendors and suppliers. Selecting from the best talent and training them to meet our high-quality training requirements help us provide our customers with a high-quality experience when they employ us for their HR projects. Training is extremely important to us because “the burden of quality falls on those who do the work. All workers at all levels must engage to improve quality” (Kloppenborg, 2015, p.294). Our supervisors will share our vison for your project expect and applaud the commitment of our entire organization to a successful completion of your project. Our communication plan includes our initial kickoff meeting to gain complete understanding of the project and ongoing regular communication to keep all stakeholders abreast of all developments. Stakeholder satisfaction is at the top of our list of priorities and we use “a structured process to determine relevant quality standards, to understand the stakeholders' ultimate quality goals” (Kloppenborg, 2015, p.296). Our expertise and our commitment to providing total quality throughout our entire operation is the best plan for success of this human resource project.
