In my local McDonald's franchise, the width of products are quite large with burgers, wraps and other snacks being offered in combination with drinks such as cola, cold coffee and other aerated drinks. The depth of the product range is also quite good as each category has a light and a full meal variety that can be ordered as per customer taste.
The consistency of products is quite good with quality ingredients in food and service quality standards being maintained. The company should consider its service quality a differentiator with good product placement in combination with a wide array of alternatives.
