Since they are equipped with low friction suspension joints such as ball joint which don't require lubrication because they have low coefficient of friction. They are not provided with Grease fittings since they don't need lubrication.

Most cars and light trucks today are manufactured with sealed "lubed for life" ball joints, tie rod ends and even U-joints.
