GlaxoSmithKline had promoted their products in joint associationwith paxil, wellbutrin, and Avandia, they were knowingly and unknowingly did agreement to the above firm's which these companies already banned due to their inappropriate drug manufacturing without taking the concern and safety measures of the targeted customers. Due to this GlaxoSmithKline unable to defend their actions against the allegations made by Federal Government. To summarize this being well known brand in drug manufacturing they should know the act and the updated regulations time to time when making joint venture with any organisation where safety measures seed more concerned
