Actually there has been many positives and negatives in the project.Positives are that the project has been completed in a specified period of time without any delay. The project was very challenging but everyone considerd their roles very seriously and applied their full efforts in the project. Thus this was a plus point in the project. There were many failures also such as there was no proper analysis on some matters which took some extra time and this took some extra efforts also. Also there was some poor decisions also which made the things very complex but overall we can say that it was a very good effort because the positives are very much more than the negatives and this helped in making the project a success and helped in accomplishing various tasks in an efficient manner.

The leadership in the project was very good because the leader was able to handle the various group members very well and was able to maintain good coordination between them. The leader gave the valuable directions to the members according to the different situations so that there can be smooth workflow in the project. The leadership played a very crucial role in the the management of various important matters of the project.Leadership skills helped making complex problems very easy and simple to solve. Thus this helped in making the overall project a success.

Thus my opinion says that the project was really a success because although there were some problems in the project but still the leadership skills and qualities had a huge impact on the project and this helped in making the project successful.
