In my opinion, Utilitarianism model best represents my approach to solving ethical problems because such a model takes into account the results achieved through consequences of any issue, i.e. the results are decided not through the process but through the consequences of any action. Hence this model gives a practical approach to solving the problems.

Yes, this model is helpful in mitigating the different types of ethical issues with different stakeholders such as supervisors, employees, peers, clients, external stakeholders etc. This model adopts a realistic approach that targets the issue at hand and provides a solution which is the best result under the circumstances faced by the organization. Hence both the customers an the organization benefit through the outcomes of this model.

In situations where the profit of the company is compromised through the results of this model, then the model might not be a resource because then it becomes really difficult to choose what steps to follow since the company's profitability is at stake and customers satisfaction is also equally important.
