algorithm runs faster than MergeSort.

Answer #1

N is the number of integers in the input divided by 10 . For example if number of random integers is 10 than value of n is 10n=10 therefore n=1, n is used here to actually determine for what size of array the median algorithm is faster, n is controlling the size of input array.
