The following is an observation of Allie during nap time. She is in the sleep room with 14 other children and 2 staff. Allie is 3 years old.

Allie was being fidgety on her cot during nap time. She kicked off her blanket and took off her socks threw them in the air. One landed on her belly, she started to laugh and threw her sock up again. This time it landed on her chest. She scrunched her socks ball like in her hands, squeezing the sock as hard she could, which included scrunching up her face. Allie started kicking her feet on her bed in a forceful motion. This is the thirdafternoon she has been unable to settle. When the teacher approached Allie and suggested she tuck her socks under her bed, she pulled them close to her chest again, yelled "NO" as she turned away from the teacher and started to cry quietly.

Answer #1
  1. We need to ask questions like, does she have any past histroy of mental illness? Did she start to behave abnormally quite recently or was she the same always? Did something happen to her in the past?
  2. I Think there is some kind of temper issues in her, She appears to be quite stubborn. We cannot deny the fact that she sounds and behaves abnormally also. There is something weird about her. She fits into Sanguine(enthusiastic, active, and social) and Choleric (short-tempered, fast, and irritable) temper trait.
