Answer #1

Forward integration can be seen as a business strategy which is a type of vertical integration where the expansion of business activities takes place in order to include the direct distribution or supply of the product or services of the company.

In my opinion, the private universities should go for the forward vertical integration as the private universities can have better control over the manner in which different programs and services can be provided to the student and researchers. They can control the manner in which the service to the students can be provided and therefore overcoming any difference between the methodology of the member of the supply chain and that of the university. It will also improve the quality of education and other services.
