In this modern year, marketing has gradually been developed due to invent of latest technology and the burden that people use to carry from door to door has drastically been reduced. Now customers simply buy it either from online store or from telemarketing and this has proved to be less time consuming with more effective result. Besides this there are several benefits of telemarketing such as, it increases the vast area of network for promoting business which brings lots of customer interest into service. Telemarketing has provided a productive interactive session between a customer and a personal sales service and it helps to provide service to both old and new customers.

As the sale of product and service happens over the phone or face to face or through web conferencing thus it helps to increase the sales territory by reaching out to maximum people and all technical issues or glitches about the product is thoroughly explained which helps the customer to get complete knowledge about the product and customers can also decide according to their price range and needs. But a problem with this type of marketing is that it fails to reach to the people who are located in the remote areas due to lack of technology and thus door to door sales has prove to be effective in such areas but altogether if we see telemarketing has spread branches all over the world and products which were once impossible to get hands over due to their unavailability in our own country and availability in other countries has came up now in our door steps.

A breakdown side of this telemarketing world is that it has lose many customers because telemarketing has a negative image that has elicited customer response towards it and thus with damage in business' reputation it has also sack jobs of many employee. Product sold via telemarketing has been found to be smashed and destroyed many times and this has more likely taken place when it was set off for departure or a fault in packaging could most probably be drawn. This has made customer frustrated and irritated of buying the product. Most importantly when a customer gets a damage product and report to the authority about the condition of the product there is either no response from authority or too much delay making the customer feel irritated.

Faking of product has also been seen on a large scale now a day’s which means you don’t get what you have ordered and instead you get something which you haven’t ordered, this happens due to fake people pretending within company. Besides this some people talk aggressively and abusively with their customers making them feel disrespectful and sometimes there is no response from the authority when you trying to buy something and it is mainly cause due to several customers present during the hour making the system or server down and due to all this activities companies are losing customer at a huge rate making them down.
