Do you believe that health care is a right that should be available to all citizens from the government?Or do you believe that health care should be something that people get through their employers or on their own and let the free market decide the costs?

I think the healthcare costs should be decided by the free market. When healthcare is provided by the free market, it is most efficient and the dead weight loss is eradicated. When the government provides healthcare, it becomes an inefficient system and resources are miss-allocated. In a free market system, resources are optimally allocated and the benefit is maximized.
