Most firms share access to the same processess , technology and resources . Discuss what is usually difference between them (use case study of two companies)

Ussually most of the same level companies use the same kind of processes, resources and technology but still show a difference in their levels of success. The reason behind this difference is Management. Better msnsgement in an organization leads to better utilization of resources and technology which produces a much better level of output.

Further it depends upon the target market of the company, sometimes due to various other uncontrollable reasons the companies of same levels show difference in their success levels.

Hence it is all about the management at different levels of organization which makes a difference .

Let us compare the companies like kingfigher airlines and emirates, both of these companies deal in the same kind of business however the financial management is also an important aspect of any business which signifies the success of the organization.

However when we look at the market value of both of these companies, kingfisher airlines are bankrupt due to bad financial management and poor strategic planning whereas the emirates is one of the leading airlines business tycoon in the world.
