Why do you believe that negotiators feel less satisfied with the outcome of a negotiation if they are told after a negotiation that the other negotiator “won” the negotiation or that the other negotiator was pleased with the outcome?

A negotiator generally consider a negotiation or a similar situation has a win loss outcome and that would mean that if one of them win, the other cannot win therefore if they are told that the other negotiator won, it would be a lose for them. The situation although is not that rigid, instead there are win win situation too when the objective is to ensure that a mutual benefit is established for the same.
