Trans people undergoing facial feminization surgery , FFS, to look like women . I this context author highlights various component of sex that not just includes facial make up but also determined by hairline , height , Voice , walking style etc. So , FFS can be successful in changing sex only when it is complemented with all these features.

Understanding of sex changes over time to .watch with the current socio economic condition which alter the role of women in society. Earlier , a shyness was consider a feminine feature but today, boldness and high confidence has come to be the most important feature of women.
