As we are working with the year 2019, the company's personal holding company tax is 20%. in the past, specifically from 2003 to 2012, it was only 15%. Such rate increased as of 2013 when the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 was passed. The tax applies on undistributed PHC income.
