In a change effort , an organization must address some stakeholders like employees, customers, suppliers and others who are directly associated with it's transactions. This is because any small change will effect the relation of all these stakeholders with the company as they will be directly effected by the change. If they are not informed or addressed , it will bring problems for the organization and hence they need to be addressed. Each phase of change bring new risks and challenges which need to be dealt with separately . Each stage must be cleared before proceeding to the next phase and hence the organization need to prepare for each phase of change.
