Infant body weight in kg = (22lb * 0.453)= 9.97 kg

Since recommended dose 10 mg/kg

i.e 1 kg infant require 10 mg ibuprofen

so, 9.97 kg infant require = 9.97 kg * 10 mg/kg = 99.7 mg

100 mg ibuprofen is dissolved in 5 ml solution

now for 99.7 mg ibuprofen sample ( 5ml *99.7 mg/ 100 mg) =4.99 ml

4.99 ml ibuprofen need to given to the infant
