In my views, when one thinks about health, we try to remember the wellness of one’s existence over time and then infer whether the health is good or bad. Wellness of one’s existence can be considered an amalgamation of mental, physical as well as social well-being of the individual.
So, we can define health of a person as the amalgamation of mental, physical as well as social well-being.
When a person is a resident of a country, it is his constitutional right that the country takes special measures for his overall well-being in the country. The Government needs to create policies and regulations which facilitate his well-being while living in the country. Hence, it can be concluded that healthcare is a fundamental right for all residents of a country and the country must take special care to facilitate the overall health and wellness of individuals residing in the country.
