You spent a lot of resources recruiting top talent and want to retain that talent, but you ve already lost three of your best analysts. Many companies are trying to recruit your top analysts. You currently pay your data analysts $85k but wonder if you should pay them more. You know that all your data analysts love what they do. According to me, all the facts are relevant and it all depends on the situation or case 2 case.

And from these if I have to choose one fact then fact (e) is most appropriate because 3 employees had already left our company and Many companies are trying to get recurite your top analyst and you are paying them $85k and there are getting much more outside your company.

So, they left our company for earning a little more.
