C++ question
Input Format
You are given two strings, a and b, separated by a new line. Each string will consist of lower case Latin characters ('a'-'z').
Output Format
In the first line print two space-separated integers,
representing the length of a and b respectively.
In the second line print the string produced by concatenating a and
b (a+b).
In the third line print two strings separated by a space, a' and
b'. a' and b' are the same as a and b, respectively, except that
their first characters are swapped.
Sample Input
abcdef
Sample Output
4 2 abcdefebcdaf

Hello, The C++ question is: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Write a program that takes as input 2 strings from the user. Then it determines if one string is a permutation of the other string. If the program answers "yes" to the previous question, meaning the two strings are permutations of each other, determine if each string has all unique characters. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have completed the first part but I am unsure on how to also determine if each string is all unique characters...
Write a program that can remove spaces from an input string, find the indexes of a character within the string and replace that character with another character. Here is an example input: I am an input string a b The first line, "I am an input string" represents the input string. Please put it into a string variable using getline. In the second line "a b", a is the character that needs to be located within the input string, and...
C++ assignment. Sixth: Pig Latin (10 Points) For this part of the assignment, you will need to write a program that reads an input string representing a sentence, and convert it into pig latin. We'll be using two simple rules of pig latin: 1. If the word begins with a consonant then take all the letters up until the first vowel and put them at the end and then add "ay" at the end. 2. If the word begins with...
PYTHON The text file motifFinding.txt contains two strings of DNA code, separated by a new-line character. Write a program that opens the file, and stores its contents into two strings, s and t, respectively. Write code that will find all instances of the string t within the string s. At the end, your program should output the number of times the sub-string t occurs within s, along with the index of the starting position of each occurrence of t within...
using c language String Challenge Have the function StringChallenge(str) read str which will contain two strings separated by a space. The first string will consist of the following sets of characters: +, *, $, and {N} which is optional. The plus (+) character represents a single alphabetic character, the ($) character represents a number between 1-9, and the asterisk (*) represents a sequence of the same character of length 3 unless it is followed by {N} which represents how many...
C++ Programming question For this exercise, you will receive two string inputs, which are the names of the text files. You need to check if the input file exists. If input file doesn't exist, print out "Input file does not exist." You are required to create 4 functions: void removeSpace (ifstream &inStream, ofstream &outStream): removes white space from a text file and write to a new file. If write is successful, print out "Text with no white space is successfully...
Write a program that uses String method regionMatches to compare two strings input by the user. The program should prompt the user to enter two strings, the starting index in the first string, the starting index in the second string, and the number of characters to be compared. The program should print whether or not the strings are equal, (Ignore the case of the characters during comparison.) 四SAMPLE RUN #1: java StringCompare Highlight: None D Show Highlighted Only Interactive Session...
