Answer #1

Explanation:

  • The entities which are used in this diagram are - Doctor, Patient, Nurse, Room, Bill, Medicine, Treatment, and types of the room i.e. General rooms and ICU.
  • Here, each doctor can be assisted by many nurses. So, we have made the relationship of 1:M
  • Also, a patient can have multiple bills. So, a 1:M relationship is made.
  • The doctor entity will have a name, age, gender, a department he/she is working on and address as key attributes.
  • The nurse will have a key attribute as name, age, department, address as the key attributes
  • The patient will have key attributes like address, disease, name, age, gender.
  • Medicine will have a name, price, and type as the main attribute.
  • Bill will have Bill no, date and it can contain the treatment bill or medicinal bill.
