Walter Henry owns a chain of bookstores called Henry's Books. Henry gathers and organizes information about publishers, authors, and books. Each book has a unique code. The bookstore records the title, book description, style, price, and whether the book is a paperback. He also needs the number of units that reside in each of four branches.

For each customer who buys or orders books from Henry’s, in addition to the sales transaction he would like to capture the customer’s number, name, street, city, state, zip, email, and phone, at the minimum. In addition, for each book the customer currently has on order, store the book code, the date the book was ordered, and the quoted price. A customer can be one of three types: corporate, individual, and wholesale.
