Resource Positioning is the first stage before the launce of entrepreneurial venture. Until and unless right resources are correctly made operational/positioned, the venture will not be successfully launched.
Take the example of OLA. It had plans to launch a cab aggregator services world wide .
1) It got money from various investors backing the venture (1st Resource)
2) It then got the Driver as partners before the launch (People - Resource)
3) It set up its application inorder to enable customers to book the cab (Infrastructure - Resource)
