With the advancement of civilization, it appears that there is a mixed culture and mixed community. No separate community culture is maintained there. People are more conscious and education now spreads almost everywhere. Naturally in such setting we find that in such context fairness, trust and reciprocity play active role.
Fairness is a type of habit and belief. Fairness means a kind of treatment where there is no discrimination. In the field of business and trades there is great value of fairness. It increases mutual understanding. Fairness is the primary criteria of business. It is also a chief component ethical duty. Fairness makes the relation fair. In transaction it should be followed. In government facilities, transaction, admission, work distribution etc fairness should be followed. If a business man follows this ethics then his business prospers.
Reciprocity is really a good feature and it confirms the good relationship. Man can not live alone. So he needs reciprocity and they need to help each other. Reciprocity makes the relationship deep and fair. It is directly related to trust. Trust is built among the individual through reciprocity and fairness. Trust is a worthy trait and it is achieved through hard labor and dedication. there are many people in the society who are really faithful. similarly there are many products that draw out trust.
It is also true that any relationship needs trust, fairness and reciprocity. These terms are applicable in both personal relationship and social relationship. In the corporal world they are also valuable. They are social values and with these values an individual can be free from many disgraces. Besides, they pave the path of mental satisfaction. They can be generated spontaneously when an individual bears strong positive psychology. Such individuals are reliable and valuable in society and nation.
