Answer #1

Answer - C) Callability feature

Callability feature allows the issuer of debt or bond to call back or retire the debt at a pre-defined price.

Putability featre gives this option to the bond holder (and not the issuer).

Convertibility feature allows bond holder to convert the bond into predefined number of shares at a predefined price.
