What two things would you personally do within the next 2 years to further develop your innovation capability?
Given the rise of technological climate when we consider its associations with any business outfit, in order to progress in my career as well as develop my innovation capability, I would want to learn the necessary skills required in order to make use of business analytics and data analysis. Not only would this allow me to take on more roles at my place of work, but being a data analyst also opens up a number of different opportunities for me.
I would also like to make sure that I try and communicate more effectively, and, in extension, try and develop my ability to communicate, interact as well as write business communications better. I aim to achieve a management position at my place of work in the next two to three years, being able to communicate effectively is one of the most important aspects of management or leadership position and therefore, not only would it be applicable for both, even if we remove the associated gains, we need communication in order to improve group communication, productivity as well as improve our networking capabilities, which has its own implications over the need for development.
