The Strengths that gives TARGET a competitive advantage over Walmart can be :

1) Target is much more organised than Walmart and is much easier to find a product in Target than it is in Walmart.This makes the Target customer friendly and therefore people prefer Target over Walmart.Target can build upon this advantage by taking more steps in the direction of ease of access,which will increase their customer base.

2) Quality - Quality of Products(clothes etc) at the same price is much more superior in Target than it is at Walmart.The design,style and attractiveness of such products is higher in Target.This gives Target a edge over Walmart which in coming years Target can invariably increase.
