Skills needed for the construction of a building:

1. Strength and Stamina: Construct a building is a very physical job so strength and stamina would be a main skill.
2. Building and mechanical knowledge: These skills plays an important role for construct the building because if someone doesn’t have the building and mechanical knowledge the he is not able to complete his job.
3. Coordination: Coordination is also an important skill because it’s a good indicator or great leader.
4. Communication Skills: Work has to know how to communicate with other at the construction site.
5. Reasoning Skills: It will help to workers to prevent from the accident at the construction site.

Positions needed for the construction of a building:

1. Higher Level – Construction Officer: These offices plays and important role in construction company. These officers’ hold a bachelor or master degree in the field of structural engineering. There are some of the examples of higher level: civil engineer, construction engineer, safety director etc.
2. Middle Level – Construction Managers: In which the construction manager is responsible for entire project from starting to finish. They may be handle whole project by his own or work with other construction engineer. These are the professionals who can manage the skilled worker and trained them to perform the duties at the construction site. There are some of the examples of Middle level: Project manager, Architect, Site manager etc.
3. Lower Level – Skilled Workers: These are the skilled workers who can perform his duties under a project manager. These kind of workers are hired on daily payment basis. There are some of the examples of lower level: Carpenter, electrician, plumber, labour, planner, painter, welder etc.
